Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified in such cases.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination:

  • Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 12–20 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before final payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on selected products.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

  • Customers can track their order status using the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping Policy

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lexcorpshop Pvt Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Payment & Confirmation

  • We accept online payments via secure payment gateway (debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking).

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • Lexcorpshop Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for delays due to:

    • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.

    • Customs-related delays for international shipments.
